One To One Coaching

Happyfit is not about the quick fix. My approach is about building foundations, changing habits and falling in love with the process. I believe that real, permanent, and satisfying change comes from exploring our deeper beliefs, motivations and mindset.

I bring my experience and knowledge to tailor the most suitable program for you. You commit to doing the work. I guide and educate you through the process. I aim to empower and motivate you to reach your goals. It is bespoke. It is personal. It’s completely about you – what your goals are and how you are going to achieve them.

In 2021, I built a gym in my home. Happyfit coaching is now delivered from SY10 8DP. 

I have three packages:

Nutrition coaching

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or simply to feel less tired all the time, I will help you unpick the myths, sort the confusion and find the optimal nutrition path for you and your lifestyle.

After an initial consultation and paperwork, we will formulate a plan together and meet each week to review progress. Sessions are usually up to 30 minutes and can be online or face to face in my home gym. I’ll also be available throughout the week via email or phone messaging for support or to answer any question.

Prices start at £20 per session with discounts available for 6 or 12 block bookings.

Personal Fitness coaching

If you simply do not know where to start or want to get the most out of every session, a properly designed program will prevent you wasting time and effort. Each session will ensure you get fitter and stronger while working on the correct form to avoid injury.

After an initial consultation and paperwork, I will write a progressive training programme for you and take you through it in our weekly (or whatever frequency you prefer) session. This session can be online or face to face in my home gym and is usually 50 minutes. Ongoing support between sessions by phone or email is also part and parcel of my coaching packages.

Prices start at £26 per session with discounts available for 6 or 12 block bookings.

Nutrition and Fitness Coaching combined

This is my most popular package and often the best success comes from combining Nutrition and Fitness Coaching particularly for weight loss clients.

The parameters are the same as described for the other two packages with sessions being slightly longer to allow for the both the workout and nutrition coaching. After an initial consultation and paperwork, I will write a training programme and a nutrition strategy. Ongoing support between sessions by phone or email is also part and parcel of my coaching packages.

Sessions last around 60 minutes with ongoing support between sessions.

Prices start at £35 per session and discounts are available for 6 or 12 block bookings.
