Pilates is a functional fitness discipline with huge physical and mental benefits. It is accessible to all ages and abilities. Pilates will teach you to move better in general and improves core strength, muscle balance, posture, stability, strength and flexibility.

Total Body Workout
This class is a 30 minute minimal equipment class which works your entire body. It is strength training mixed with cardio and comes to you through the Zoom platform so you do not even have to leave your house.
Using minimal equipment, this class is outdoors (rain or shine). It is exhilarating, challenging, and life-affirming. A mix of cardio and strength. It gets you fit, it makes you strong and it is a lot of fun.
